REDTEP Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Overview

At REDTEP, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If your order has issues (wrong item, damage, defect, etc.), you may be eligible for replacement or refund under the conditions listed below.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for refund or replacement:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • You must keep your original invoice or purchase proof.
  • Claims must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items to confirm they are in acceptable condition.

3. What Qualifies for Replacement / Refund

You can request replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Wrong item (size, color, design) delivered compared to your order.
  • Product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Item lost in transit or not delivered at all.
  • Major quality defects not caused by user misuse.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will process replacement or refund

Replacement or refund will be completed within 7–10 working days.

Note: If you fail to inspect or report issues at the time of delivery, we may only accept returns if the item is still in perfect condition and within the eligibility window.

5. Refund Terms

  • Refunds apply only to orders placed online.
  • We will refund if: product cannot be replaced, incorrect item delivered, or product damaged.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • The refund timeline is 7–10 working days (or per your local digital transaction laws/guidelines).
  • Any bank or gateway charges incurred will be handled according to payment gateway policies (you may absorb or pass those as per your business rules).

6. Limitations & Exceptions

  • Items damaged by the customer or altered (e.g. with stains, repairs, modifications) are ineligible.
  • Purchased sale, clearance, or “final-sale” items may not be eligible (you may define that).
  • Replacements or exchanges may be limited to “equal or higher value” items.
  • REDTEP reserves the right to approve or reject any return, exchange or refund request based on condition.
  • We may require a valid photo ID or additional verification to prevent fraudulent claims.

8. One-Time Exchange Policy

Each order is eligible for one exchange request only with paying delivery charge.
