REDTEP — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to REDTEP. By accessing or placing an order through our website (or through REDTEP’s other sales channels), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

REDTEP reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the site. Your continued use or ordering after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. Product Availability

Products listed on the website are subject to availability.
Because stock is managed manually or semi-manually, there may be occasions when an item appears available online but is actually out of stock.
In such cases, REDTEP may cancel the order and will notify you and issue a refund (if payment was made).

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), excluding VAT or taxes unless otherwise stated.
REDTEP reserves the right to correct pricing errors due to system glitches or human error.
If a pricing error occurs after you place an order, REDTEP may cancel or reject your order, and refund any amount paid.
Promotional and discount pricing may differ from standard prices; such offers are subject to terms set by REDTEP.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

After you place an order, REDTEP will confirm acceptance (or rejection) within one working day.
Once confirmed, REDTEP will proceed to fulfill the order.
REDTEP reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason (e.g. stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud).
If canceled, any payment made will be refunded following our Refund & Replacement Policy.
Once an order is confirmed, customers may not cancel it (applies to both Cash on Delivery and prepaid orders).

4. Shipping & Delivery

REDTEP offers home delivery within Dhaka and outside Dhaka; customers may also pick up orders from courier hubs as needed.
Within Dhaka: estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days.
Outside Dhaka: estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days.
Delivery times may vary due to government regulations, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Because REDTEP works via courier partners, the delivery process is not entirely under REDTEP’s control.
If a product is damaged or lost in transit, REDTEP will respond appropriately as per the nature of the issue.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Within Dhaka:

At delivery time, customers must inspect the item (color, size, quality, quantity) in front of the delivery agent. Once accepted, complaints may not be entertained (unless there is a demonstrable defect).
One free replacement or exchange is allowed per order. Further exchanges or replacements will incur delivery charges.
If the customer returns the product immediately after inspection, no return fee will be applied.
Free home delivery is offered on orders of BDT 1,999 or more. For orders below that, delivery charge (e.g. BDT 60–70) will apply.
Delivery timeline: 3–5 working days.
Returns/exchanges follow REDTEP’s replacement policy.
REDTEP reserves the right to change COD policy anytime.

Outside Dhaka:

Same requirement: inspect in front of delivery agent; complaints after acceptance may not be entertained.
One free replacement or exchange per order; subsequent changes incur delivery charge.
No return fee if item is returned immediately after inspection.
Free home delivery for orders of BDT 1,999 or more; otherwise, delivery charge (e.g. BDT 120–130) applies.
Delivery timeline: 5–7 working days (may vary).
Returns/exchanges follow replacement policy.
REDTEP reserves the right to amend policy at any time.

6. Quality & Color Variations

While REDTEP strives for high quality, you may request an exchange within 7 days if a product has a manufacturing defect or significant quality issue.
Images and colors shown on the website are intended to be accurate, but variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, etc. Minor differences will not qualify for exchange/refund.

7. Refunds & Returns (for Online Orders)

REDTEP will consider refund or replacement under these situations:

If the product cannot be delivered.
If a different product is delivered without prior notice.
If the customer receives a faulty/damaged product.

Refunds (for prepaid orders) will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
Refunds apply only to online orders (not in-store or COD, unless special exceptions are allowed).
Replacement or exchange is preferred if possible.
The refund will be returned via the original payment method.
Any bank or gateway charges or transaction fees may be deducted or borne by the customer, as per our policy.

8. User Data & Privacy

During registration and order placement, we collect basic personal information (e.g., name, phone, email, address).
This information is stored in our database and may be used for promotional communications (with your consent).
REDTEP will not share personal data with third parties without your explicit permission, unless required by law or compelled by court order.

9. Disclaimers & Accuracy of Information

REDTEP attempts to keep all product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other content accurate and up to date.
However, typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur. REDTEP reserves the right to correct such errors and to update or modify content without notice.
The website’s content is provided “as is,” and REDTEP makes no warranties (express or implied) regarding its accuracy or completeness.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content—including images, logos, designs, text, artwork—is owned, licensed, or controlled by REDTEP and protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Without prior written consent from REDTEP, you may not reproduce, publish, display, modify, transmit, distribute, sell, or use any content from this site for commercial or public purposes.

11. Communications, Feedback & User Submissions

We welcome your comments, feedback, ideas, and suggestions, but REDTEP is not obligated to respond to all submissions or to treat them as confidential.
Any submissions you make by email, comment, or otherwise become the property of REDTEP. We may use, publish, or modify them without restriction, but we won’t attribute them to you without your permission.
REDTEP is not liable to compensate you for any ideas or suggestions you send.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REDTEP (and its affiliates, officers, employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.
Our total liability (for any cause) shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and your use of the site, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangladesh.
